The suggestions that Gazans should not be allowed to return to their homes are alarming. The UK Government is clear that Palestinians must be allowed to return to their homes and rebuild their lives, as set our in international law.

However, we cannot ignore that many Palestinians in the West Bank have already been forced from their homes, and prevented from returning. On 06/02/25, I asked the Minister to join me in condemning these illegal West Bank settlements.
